Simon “Top Billion” Hill is a 21 year old rapper reppin Louisiana.  He recently released an album called “Future Nostalgia” that I am really feeling.  The music video above is off of his album “Future Nostalgia”.  He has my full support, Jason and I will be bumping this for a while.  You can listen to his album here, I highly recommend checking it out, his flow is sick.  Keep an eye on this guy, you can follow him on twitter here.
