Yonas is back with another dope summer mixtape. Just a year ago on June 25th, Yonas unleashed The Transition. Both The Transition and The Proven Theory were very solid bodies of work that made me a huge Yonas fan and believer so I was hyped to hear that he’d be releasing a second installment to The Transition series. With singles like “Girls of Summer” dropping prior to the release of The Transition 2: Bright Lights, Big City, my anticipation for the mixtape was high. Yonas did not disappoint.
The Transition 2: Bright Lights, Big City serves as the perfect summer mixtape. Yonas delivers on the project by delivering mainstream, lyrical and fun songs.
